Some examples of costs to expect for projects

Generally, toilets can be replaced for around $200 plus parts. That includes our installer picking up the new toilet from a local home improvement store, removing and disposing of the old toilet, and installing the new.

Light fixtures with pre-existing wiring can be replaced for around $40 each. Ceiling fans for around $100. That includes our installer removing and disposing of the old fixture and installing the new fixture.  Keep in mind we have a $100 minimum so try to combine this with other small projects when possible!

Most faucets are not worth trying to repair. It is more cost effective to replace them! Bathroom faucets can be replaced for around $60 each. Kitchen faucets have more going on underneath the kitchen sink. Most kitchen faucets can be replaced for around $100.

Honey Do List help is $100 for the 1st hour then $60 per hour after that. This works great if you have several small projects needing attention. Honey DO Help has to be a minimum of 4 hours.

We can usually paint a 12x12 bedroom with 1 color and 2 coats of paint in 1 day for $250 plus supplies. You will need to have all small items and pictures, posters, etc removed before arrival. We will help with moving larger pieces of furniture. 

Replacing a garbage disposal is normally around $100 plus supplies. That includes our installer picking up the new disposal at a local home improvement center, removing and disposing of the old disposal and installing the new disposal.
